Minimum Wage Categories for Bouncers: Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled, or Highly Skilled?

Hi Professionals, Bouncers/Private PSOs fall under which category of minimum wages? Unskilled, Semi-Skilled, Skilled, or Highly Skilled. I couldn't find the same in the government notification.

Bouncers are essentially security guards and must be paid accordingly. If they have gun licenses, they should be paid more. Bouncers cannot be categorized under the USW/SSW/SW classifications for industrial purposes. They are deployed based on their physical prowess and swift reaction, which involves a lot of risks in their daily operations. Therefore, their payment must account for these additional requirements.

Dear friend, the bouncers are nothing but security guards with a special nature. Mostly, they fall under the skilled category. The most important thing is to decide whether to hire them directly by the establishment or through any security agencies. Negotiate according to their skills and the nature of the work to be executed by them.

Ten years ago, my establishment deployed three bouncers for the safety of my team through security agencies at 30k per month with bachelor accommodation. All of them were multi-skilled and carried personal revolvers.
