Your query is not clear. What exactly do you want? If you are looking for the extract, it will be in the act/rules.

Section 25 of The Payment of Wages Act, 1936, states that the person responsible for paying wages to individuals employed in a factory or an industrial or other establishment must display a notice with abstracts of the Act and the related rules. This notice should be in English and in the language primarily used by the employees in that establishment, as prescribed by law.

Requirement for Displaying Abstracts
This requirement implies that every establishment must exhibit the abstract of the rules at the main gate of the factory. The abstract should be presented in English and Hindi, as well as in the local language.

Any labor law that requires the abstract to be exhibited in the establishment would provide its format in its state or central rules. If the format is elaborate or lengthy, no one can help you; you simply have to comply by exhibiting the same format.

Jitendra, the abstract is given in the act, as you have seen yourself. You have to display the abstract exactly as it is; you are not authorized to change or summarize it.

Dear Member, If your establishment is covered under both enactments, i.e., the MW Act and the PW Act, then check which is your appropriate government for reviewing the applicable rules. There, you will find the abstract of the Act and Rules. In general, you may approach your area shop that keeps industrial labor law registers and records to obtain a printed abstract of both Acts for exhibition purposes.
