Kindly suggest reputed Labour Law or Employment Law journals in India for subscription?

Dear All, Kindly suggest reputed Labour Law Journals or Employment law Journals which are available on a monthly subscription basis, either physical book or online material ?
Suggestion on any other journals which can enhance the knowledge of HR professionals is also welcomed.
