Can an Employee demand notice period salaries - if he is sacked suddenly?

I am working in a private limited company since 1st September 2020 and now my boss is harassing me. He is asking me to do the work whatever he says n if the office boy is absent he is asking me to do his job which is very unfair and he keeps threatening that if I don’t do the work then he will sack me I was very much in tension.

If he sacks immediately what to do? In this connection, I need to if he sacks me immediately is he liable to pay me a 3 or 6 months notice period if yes what is the proceeding. Pls, help me n advise what best I can do in this situation. And very importantly he has not given me any increments since joining.

Dear Prashant,
You are eligible to claim notice period salary or not that very clearly mentioned on your employment letter/service letter. If employer want to discontinue your services he have to pay notice period pay as per defined service terms.
