Hi, I have recently moved to Germany with an employment VISA. I have one question, I have married a widow having a kid of age 4 years on a sympathy ground. The marriage takes place in a temple with no one present and which is not yet registered.
The marriage date is Oct 12th, 2020. As later we see her actually started blackmailing for money with everyday torture to me and my family. Especially my mother has got three times severely ill (3 times heart attack). Considering the situation, we went for MOU with her as it clearly says any time we can separate with no maintenance cost to be paid.
As I initially mentioned, to avoid her torture somehow I have moved to Germany and I am paying her expenses Every month reasonably. Even then she is started blackmailing me for money that she will send mail to my HR if I don't agree with her demands.
So here I wanted to ask one thing, what if she send an email to my HR. In case if she sends any mail to my HR Since I have MOU which is clearly staying that, anytime I can get separated from her.
