Suggest A Topic For HR Project In Healthcare Sector

I am Mansi. I am pursuing my MBA in HR. I am required to do a reseacrh project on some HR topic based on any industry or any company. Can you suggest any topics for the project. I am quite interested in doing my project in IT or healthcare sector. Please suggest some current issues in these sectors?

Mansi: you could look at doing a macro perspective study of potential of employment in healthcare in india and the gaps.
Look at parameters like- what is the current status of employment in healthcare, what are the education, skills needed to be employable, salary, career advancements....etc.
Depending on the time and effort you want to invest, you could take up 5-6 healthcare companies and do a comparitive study on them.
