Need Ideas for Recruitment Research Topics for My MBA Internship – Any Suggestions?

I am pursuing an MBA, and as part of the curriculum requirements, I have to do an internship and research paper. Kindly suggest any recruitment topics for me.

Kindly tell us in what sort of organization you will be doing the internship and the number of employees they have, the duration of your internship, etc. This information will help us to give appropriate advice.

When I was doing my Diploma in Management Studies and a Master's Degree, in part-time mode, my own employers refused to let me conduct surveys. Hence, you also need to consider whether the organization that you are considering will allow you to conduct the survey.

In my view, you may like to undertake an in-depth study of 'Interviews' as a method of recruitment most widely and commonly used, its strengths and inadequacies, as compared to psycho-testing/personality testing methods. It could be quite a revealing study.
