Dear Anony,
Much has been discussed on this subject before. This is an exceptional case and under such a circumstance, the leaves and maternity benefit is restricted to the number of deliveries and not number of babies delivered in each delivery. There are many court judgments to substantiate the same. You are eligible for full maternity benefits with 180 days of leave.
Besides this, you should also check rule book as applicable to govt teachers in Punjab, if any.
