I need to blacklist a company in Bangalore, because the MD of the company does not follow professional ethics, or is not professional with the employees.
What is the procedure, please let me know..
Your ideal and legal approach should be to go to court. There are people who study laws and ethics and are possibly more equipped to decide what is unethical and the measures that can be taken against any individual or company.
There is no procedure of "blacklisting a company" - if there was, probably every company in the world would be on it.
