Can a company terminate his employee on the ground of the employee using different brand names for generating leads on solar media such as Facebook?

Who was terminated, when he/ she was terminated, why he/ she was terminated, what are the service rules that give information about termination, whether employee was given any show cause before termination, whether any domestic enquiry was conducted before termination, designation of the employee and so on.
Unless we know the complete facts of the case, no further suggestions can be given.
