I have to show this ppt in a company. is it fine or need improvisations?

Presentation gives bird's eye view of HR.
But back up material for each point is very essential.
Slides incorporating essential Acts related to HR need to be included.
e.g Payment of Gratuity act/rules etc.
Many questions will come your way when you present these points.
Queries on professional tax,TDS,leave rules are likely to come up.

Please beef up the presentation with more facts and figures under each sub-category. It would be great if you could add some info graphics to capture the audience's attention. People remember visuals more than words.
