Pl, sl, cl and comp off can club or not if can club which leaves and how many leaves can give at a time

Hi Sir,
in my Organization my employees working from one year in this period some employees not taken any leaves now they wanted to go home they are belongs other states so they wanted to take more than one month in this regard how many leaves can i give at a time and which leaves can club with PL, which leaves cannot club kindly give me information

Are you asking how many days CAN be given or REQUIRED to be given under law ?
There is no maximum specified under law or any rule that says employer can’t give a better deal. How long they are required to give (min, not max) is given in the law
