Salary Breakup Confusion: Gross Salary or Basic+DA for Minimum Wages in Delhi?

Salary Breakup as per minimum wages Delhi, having great confusion that it should be Gross salary or Basic+ DA. What are the salary components which can be used in salary bifurcation as per minimum wages.

We can use HRA and Basic+DA. As far as my knowledge is concerned, we can bifurcate MW.

As per the "Wages" definition in MW Act, all remuneration is capable of being expressed in terms of money. However, when it comes to other acts like PF, etc., authorities will insist on paying PF based on the minimum wages. Consequently, you will be compelled to allocate the entire minimum wages solely to Basic+DA.
