Team building activities at work place

Hi Friends,
Please let me know some team building activities where we can have in Saturday sessions which makes our employees to have more fun and relaxation between work pressure and other stress.

Team building:
As per my concern, no activity is required, observe the team activities closely & appreciate the good job and help them in their weak points for betterment like
1. Don't highlight their weak points and provide training (multi skills development),
2. Support in failures,
3. Explain the team work advantages with examples
