Left job but could not find the job within notice period

HI,
Could anyone please help me that if a person had a bad relation with manager and he left the company but within notice period he could not get the job then what he should say to hiring company that why he left the company and why he could not find not find the job within notice period.
Can you please please help me in this matter I would be highly thankful to you.

If you resigned then why to bother to what to be said to the existing company?

Sir but every company ask that why I left the job without any offer in my hand and they also say if you didn't get the job then I should have stayed there and first find the job and then left the company.
But as I mention that my relation with manager were not good so I thought that s better to resign but now I am not able to convince the company who wants to hire me so in this circumstances what should be done.

You can say that you were not getting leaves to attend interview in notice period and that's why you were not able to get job in notice period.

Please be honest and tell the truth. Some recruiting company will appreciate and hire you. But in future do not be so emotional in work and put your resignation without an alternate job.

respect your emotions and condition them ... speak truth, you'll be respected but what's truth is a question though.

The reason you offered in your resignation is the best explanation. Your honest reply will not be acceptable and not be digested. Always offer some genuine reasons (domestic issues) which required 3-4 months times as your employer did not allow. Now you can well understand how dificulty is to get a new job within time stipulation except few lucky. Now onward be judious do not drive by the emotion till an alternate job in hand.

You can mention that the ' work atmosphere was unacceptable and it was affecting you in a personal and professional level, so you decided to quit immediately.
