0k...Whats wrong in his demand...go for basic features.
1.u have given appointment for certain post.u told there will be training and stypend will be paid during the probation training period.
2. he has attended regularly for 8 days.
His attitude not accepted by you do he was removed or he dropped himself.
now come to the point ..devide his monthly stypend salary by 26 and multiply with 08 there comes his 8 days salary..py to his bank amount and clarify him full and final settlement was over ...
bye

Dear Pavitra,
What is the appointment letter say on Exits? What is the notice period for the same? Has the appointment letter been given? Has he absconded or resigned?
The answers to all these question will give the forum a proper view, where you could get a clear answer....

Dear Pavitra,
I wish to inform as under;
1. Employee who has worked for as less as one day is entitled for his salary and can rightfully demand the same.
2. Any time if you encounter such situation, refer to the terms and conditions of appointment order/letter.
3. In case no order/letter has been issued simply do the settlement and pay the amount to the employee.
4. In the current case please pay and close the matter.
Warm Regards
