I would like to request clarification on the eligibility criteria for taking a week off in the BPO sector.
Examples:
1. Suppose I worked for 2 days (Mon & Tue) in a week, am I eligible for a week off for that particular week?
2. If an employee takes leave for 15 days, is he/she still eligible for a week off in between?
3. Can we avail 4 weeks off at a time?
Please provide clarification.
