Aadhaar Seeding in EPFO: Procedures, ECR Upload, and Unified Portal Updates

It has been received an email dated 22/11/16 related to seeding of Aadhaar details of PF members into e-sewa. Is it to be done by the employer or the employee? If it is the employer, what is the procedure to do so?

How to upload the ECR as the provided format does not include the UAN number.

Aadhar seeding is done through the OTCP portal KYC seeding. Esewa portal has asked to enter the member data exactly as per Aadhar - name, relation name, and DOB.

Please wait until December 1, 2016. EPFO is introducing the "Unified Portal," which will make uploading KYC Documents much easier. All existing formats will be changed. However, a Digital Signature (DSC) is mandatory to authorize the KYC.
