Can A Freelancer Ceo Give Certificate To His Employee After Registration?

If a person has started his business in freelancing mode and he has hired 4 other people under him then can he give one of them designation as Trainee developer?
Now He is co-owner of a registered company so can he give a certificate in his registered company letter pad mentioning the employee's tenure and mentioning the guy was working as trainee developer in xyz pvt ltd(name of his registered company)?
Though the guy has left his team before one month of proper formation and having registration of the company. In that case should the owner mention in the certificate given to the employee that the ceo was basically freelancer in the the tenure in which the employee was employed (full-time basis)in his team?
Now that employee's experience will be considered as freelancing in any of the MNC ?

I cant understand the actual question.
Someone started his business as a proprietor and then formed a company with someone else.
He had some employees in his proprietorship and now he wants to give them an experience letter ?
If that is the question, then yes, he needs to give the experience letter in the name of the organisation the employee worked. If the employee worked for the proprietorship, then he will get the experience letter from the proprietorship only.
If the question was different, then you need to explain it clearly

But as he is now co-owner of that company and other partner also used to belong to his team when he used to do freelancing so now can he use his company letterpad? Then what should be the details written on the experience certificate? kindly give me one sample description.

proprietorship needs VAT registration and other things I think but as he used not have such things on his starting point so he is claiming that he used to freelance on that time.

But on that time he used to make his business by his own name.

I am still not clear what the question is, and the number of different posts you made confused me further.
But if you want to give an experience certificate to an employee who worked before your Comoany started, then the certificate should be given in individual name and letter head and not in company name
