Can a Freelancer CEO Issue a Certificate for a Trainee Developer Before Company Registration?

Designation of Trainee Developer in a Freelance Business

If a person has started a business in a freelancing mode and has hired four other people, can he designate one of them as a Trainee Developer?

Issuing a Certificate on Company Letterhead

Now that he is a co-owner of a registered company, can he issue a certificate on the company's letterhead, mentioning the employee's tenure and stating that the individual worked as a trainee developer at XYZ Pvt Ltd (the name of his registered company)?

Employment Status Before Company Registration

Though the individual left the team a month before the proper formation and registration of the company, should the owner mention in the certificate that the CEO was a freelancer during the tenure when the employee was employed full-time in his team?

Recognition of Experience by MNCs

Will that employee's experience be considered as freelancing by any MNC?

But as he is now a co-owner of that company, and the other partner also used to belong to his team when he did freelancing, can he now use his company letterhead? If so, what details should be written on the experience certificate? Kindly provide me with a sample description.

Proprietorship needs VAT registration and other requirements. However, as he did not have these in place at the start, he claims that he used to freelance during that time.

I am still not clear what the question is, and the number of different posts you made confused me further. But if you want to give an experience certificate to an employee who worked before your company started, then the certificate should be given in the individual's name and on the company's letterhead, not in the company's name.
