Navigating a 6-Month Career Break: Should I Upskill or Jump Back In?

Anjali Chouhan
Dear Seniors,

I am an MBA-HR graduate and have worked in the hospital industry for 1.4 years. Due to my health issues, I had to resign and take a six-month break from work. I am in a dilemma about whether I should pursue any HR-related courses that will help me in securing a decent job or return to work with my current resume. My goal is to work in a prominent HR position in a reputable organization. I would appreciate your guidance.

Thank you.
