Thank you for your response, Jeevarathnam. Actually, it's an E-Pub Company that comes under ITES. Here, we have major openings for experienced Quality Controllers and Template Developers. Since I am new to the recruitment field, I could not meet this immediate requirement. Need advice...

Thank you for your suggestion. However, the issue is that we require candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience. Many of them are not aware of how to register their resumes on the portal site itself. This poses a challenge for conducting online interviews. Can you please suggest an alternative option?
