Struggling In Recruitment

I would like to share professional problems in this site.
Recently am struggled in Recruitment process.Is there any other options to recruit people apart from portal sites and job posting.
I need suggestions from you people.

Thankyou for your response Jeevarathnam. Actually its a E-Pub Company comes under ITES. Here we have major opening for experienced Quality controller and Template Developers. Since Am new to Recruitment field, could not meet out this immediate requirement. Need Advice...

Thankyou for your suggestion. But the problem behind that is, we need 2 to 3 yrs experienced candidates. Most of them not aware to register there resumes in portal site itself. How can they come to online interview. Kindly suggest one more option.
