My company is asking me to create Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the accounts team, sales team, production team, quality team, and HR. Please advise me as I'm working in an industrial engineering company.

The KRAs and KPIs with measurement formats should be in Excel. The finance team, production workshop, serving employee band system for increments, and appraisals are important aspects.
