Dear Seniors, my question is if one employee's weekly off is on Tuesday and same day (26 Jan) if the company is not running then Is he will be eligible for C-Off or not?
You need to understand the difference between a compensatory off and a holiday. Compensatory off is given if an employee is called to do work on a weekly off or on holiday but not to compensate for holidays falling on weekly off.
