Need Help Creating a Salary Slip for Loan Application While Working Abroad in Kabul

Hi Friends,

My name is Amrit, and I am presently working in Kabul, Afghanistan for Supreme Global Food Service Solutions. It's a catering company where I work as a "Unit Administrator." The problem is that our company does not provide salary slips when they pay salaries. They either pay in cash in US Dollars or send the salary to my bank in India without a slip.

My issue is that I need a salary slip or pay slip from the company to apply for a personal loan. The bank is requesting this document. I am looking for a sample of it so that I can create one and have it signed and stamped by the company's managers with the company's logo. Can anyone help me with this?

Dear Mr. Amit,

You need to do one thing. If you don't have a salary slip, then you just need to go through the Company Letterhead and mention:

TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN,

This is to certify that Mr. _____, S/o Sh. _____, is working in our company as an _____ from ___ date to the present date. His salary breakup is as follows:
- Basic
- HRA
- CONV
- Special Allowance
- Co. PF
- Co. ESI
- Medical Reimbursement
Total CTC: ____

In addition to this, the amount of his PF deduction is Rs. ___ and his CIH is ____

For COMPANY NAME
(Authorized Signatory)

NOTE: This letter is for the purpose of taking a loan.
