, For a manufacturing industry what is the minimum employee strength
required to get standing order from joint commissioner of Labor?

Dear Sir,
Employee strength should be minimum 20 for applicability of standing order .Some year before it was 50 but in present it should be 20.

Dear Dhiraj,
Sorry but applicablility of standing order is for 100 workers.
In Maharashtra it is 50 as per state rules.
The destination of workmen for standing order is same as in the Industrial Dispute Act.
