Dear All,
Would you please explain can anyone get experience letter if he leaves the organization before completion of his Probation period.

If you were working in Factories then you are entitled to aks for experience letter.

It all depends on Co policy .If the Co can terminate a probationer he can also terminate his services.In both the cases you can issue certificate but mention the reason for separation.

Dear Ashish,
Any employee who leaves/quits an organization through a proper exit process, are bound to receive an experience letter, even if they didn't complete their probation. This even applies in termination as well.
