Dear All,
It is really good information, but all what I need it for the time being is to let our employees be aware of this concept the sense of planning for our demand and I thought a survey will be more easier for them to start think and react in planning our manpower. So, I need a sample for a survey to be addressed to the unit managers and team leaders to start answer and with the analysis for the survey, I will have the demand and supply for each and every department.
