Handover Protocol is just not a process or a note but its a exit responsibility and is company specific.
For Example, Mr. B joins an organization in place of Mr. A. Mr. A needs to prepare all the necessary & required tasks (documents/files/ ticket booking agent detials/ stamps/ computer files/ registers/ assignments & distribution of work to others) relating to his position & submit to Mr.B.
You may use the following to the employees seperating, however, it'd be nice if you can modify according to your prerequisite.
