Handover Process

Please help me preparing a handover note for exiting employees.

Dear Balaji,
Do you required the Exit formalities or Format of Hand Over Process?
Format Hand Over is required for those who are working in level and not required for common employees i think so.

Dear Mr. Balaji,

Handover Protocol is just not a process or a note but its a exit responsibility and is company specific.

For Example, Mr. B joins an organization in place of Mr. A. Mr. A needs to prepare all the necessary & required tasks (documents/files/ ticket booking agent detials/ stamps/ computer files/ registers/ assignments & distribution of work to others) relating to his position & submit to Mr.B.

You may use the following to the employees seperating, however, it'd be nice if you can modify according to your prerequisite.

Greetings!!

Request all the employees to prepare for their handover of information relating to their job specifics including Protocols, Laptop, Cell Phone, Important notes, Schedules, Important dates, Passwords, Keys to lockers/cupboard and racks along with other documents/files. Please ensure that all the obligations are upto date before the handover to HR as on ____ (date).

I would just say this is no rocket science.
Keeping it simple and straight... the exiting employee should just prepare what are his current task and duties and whom he will be assigning or handing over this task as per his managers instruction.
Secondly before exiting he should handover all the sensitive/ non-sensitive documents, files and all his material either to his manager on schedule date of his handover or in the storage location as instructed.
Handover process should be as simple without disturbing any regular work or activity within the company.
