Joint Venture Proposal

Dear all
I am to offer a joint venture proposal to run a school where in I can offer my skills, experience etc to run the school and take total responsibility of academic, branding, quality education, recruitment, training, affiliation, setting standard etc and the other party takes care of infrastructure other assets. In the proposal i need to write vision, mission, what I can offer and what I expect from the other party and what % of share should I get.
Plz help me with a sample format so that I win this proposal.

You are preparing a business plan and looks like you are raising a Co-founder or an investor to your firm. Please quantify the impact that would be created by the skills and experience that you are offering. Your value would come from those projections. The calculations would be exactly what you have seen as the earnings.

We forgot that, there is something called ORIGINALITY(GENUINENESS) that is our TRUE IDENTITY. Believe in yourself and try your best to UNLEASH YOUR HIDDEN POTENTIAL. Try to be CREATIVE in everything you do.

I request you to draft a proposal on your own and submit for review. Someone will help you in formatting and may add up information that can add quality to your proposal but, its very difficult for us to perceive the way you intended to carryout your project, hence we may not meet your expectations.

Please focus on "EXPRESSING YOUR IDEAS WITH CLARITY AND PRESENT YOUR STRATEGIES" instead just trying to "IMPRESS" them. Your proposal will not help you to bag the deal, its your ONE-TO-ONE DISCUSSION with all those involved in this JV. This is where you must succeed in PRESENTING YOUR IDEAS by CONVINCING them to the core.

Even i want to start up my own educational institution in future. With the grace of ALMIGHTY i can take care of almost everything. I am just trying to gather Investment to start off, at the earliest. If i get investors, i can rock and roll.
