Full & Final Payment

Dear Sir
Guide me about the full and final Payment.
1) within how many days we have pay the full and final amount?
2) if the workers have to pay some amount to company and its more than full and final amount...so wat to do?

Hi,
Full and Final settlement has to done on the day the employee gets
relieved .The F & F amount should be settled on the same day .
If the worker has to pay some amount to company which is more than
F & F then the question of paying any amount to the worker does Not
arise at all. The additional amount if any can be recovered from the bonus
if available .
