Questions Regarding Full and Final Payment

1) Within how many days do we have to pay the full and final amount?

2) If the workers have to pay some amount to the company and it is more than the full and final amount, what should be done?

Full and Final settlement has to be done on the day the employee gets relieved. The F & F amount should be settled on the same day. If the worker has to pay some amount to the company which is more than F & F, then the question of paying any amount to the worker does not arise at all. The additional amount, if any, can be recovered from the bonus if available.
