I am looking out for a job in training and development. I am a MBA - HR graduate and also possess a B. Ed degree. I am a fresher. Please guide me as to how can I find a career in Training and development

Skill to some extent is provided by the academics.
Experience is garnered over the years.

There are many avenues to make foray in T&D, like joining corporate world, starting as a freelancer, joing some training providing company/idividuals etc. from your queryy it seems you are wishing to join some corporate world. Very few organizations are having opening for the freshers in this domain, as companies (established one) do not want to experiment. A logical way out may be to beging with a mediocre organization and later on making inroads to the big company. Meanwhile do T&D Diploma from ISTD delhi (distance learning mode) that will give a strong academic foundation and good contacts.
