HR Initiative During Durga Puja For Office Employees

Just thought of asking you all, what are the events which can be done in office for employees before Duga Puja holiday starts.

In recent years its a trend to wear a particular colored dress on each day during Navaratri. The next days color is also published in a newspaper a day before. Accordingly HR can send mail to staff to wear that particular color on that (next ) day.

You can also have Rangoli competitions for the staff, and Ayudh Pooja for Dusshera.
Encourage staff members to come in Traditional wear (including male members).
You can also plan a staff lunch or get authentic Bengali sweets and snacks one of the days, and have a snack session at the office.
