can any one help me regarding staffing procedure.i want to know about how the consultancy firms charge for the recruitment they make for any organizations both for temporary as well as permanent staffing.

Hi Swati
Gererally recruitment bill will vary by years of expereince of the candidates.
Some company they'l agree for flat 5%
some company they'l have % difference by candidate's years of experience.
but common is 8.33% from CTC.
all the above is for permanant employee.
Sorry no idea about temporary employee billings.

Under mentioned is the structure, consultants generally follows:
•8.33% of annual gross salary for Junior level positions (experience range – 0-5years)
•10% for mid-level positions (experience range 5-10 years)
•12.5% for senior level positions (experience range above 10 years)
** Gross will include Basic, HRA, PF, LTA, Medical, Uniform allowance, soft furnishing allowance, Education allowance, periodicals allowance, conveyance and any other remuneration under any other head which is given as monthly /annual compensation. This will exclude only sales and performance incentives and stock options.
