Starting a Consultancy: Do I Need to Register Under the Bombay Shops Act?

In terms of The Bombay Shops and Establishment Act, business establishments like shops or offices are required to be registered. However, I also understand that some shops/offices are exempted from registration. I am planning to start my own consultancy establishment, and therefore I want to plan out everything in an orderly and legal way. With this in view, I need Schedules I and II of the said act. Please oblige me with copies of the same.

Importance of the Bare Act

The best way is to have a copy of the Bare Act since the Act cannot be read in isolation.
