Thanks Sir for the valuable response.Can you let me know the exact difference between Skill
matrix and Competency Matrix? Are they one and the same? If possible clarify my doubt with
examples of format for each.

Dear Pooja,
Skill-> The capacity of a person to do a specific job.
Competency-> Skill+ Attitude.
a person may be highly skilled but doesn't have the willingness to work will consider as incomptent.
Skill matrix generally skill based while competency matrix are more behavioural based.
