Dear Seniors, Kindly help... One of my friends is working in shifts, and even after her shift is over, she is forced to stay back for long hours. This kind of rule is not imposed on all the other employees. The company is doing this to avoid keeping more people and to save on their costs. Working almost a double shift per day is unbearable for her, and she wants to take some action because she is not given any compensatory time off or any monetary benefit for the extra work she is doing.
