Hi All, I have been asked to prepare a balanced scorecard for all employees working in an IT company. Can anyone suggest a good format at the earliest?
52 views and no replies. If this is not the correct format, can anyone briefly let me know about the Balanced Scorecard and what parameters should be added for software engineers, finance, or marketing?
There are a few questions that you need to think about and answer:
1. Why do you think the Balanced Scorecard is the only tool?
2. What goal do you need to achieve by implementing the Balanced Scorecard?
3. If you only need to measure performance, there are other tools available. Why choose the Balanced Scorecard?
4. Do all employees need to be covered under all perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard?
If there are answers, then certainly there could be something that can be posted.
