Regarding Pf - Contract Labour

I need to know what is the minimum working days for a contract labour for registering him for epf, and is there any rule regarding , there is any exemption to not to deduct pf for certain no. of days. for ex. whether there is any exemption of 90 days for labour for entrace in pf

There is no exemption period for ESI and PF. YOu have to recover from the date of joining
