Understanding EPF Rules: Are Contract Laborers Exempt from PF Deductions for the First 90 Days?

I need to know what the minimum working days are for a contract laborer to be registered for EPF. Is there any rule regarding exemptions from PF deductions for a certain number of days? For example, is there an exemption of 90 days for laborers before they are required to enter the PF scheme?

There is no exemption period for ESI and PF. You have to recover from the date of joining.
