I represent a leading mineral water company, having spent 18 months in HR and recruitment. My manager wants me to give a presentation on interviewing skills to the HODs of all departments, such as sales, accounts, technical, production, and so on. Usually, we conduct the first HR round and then hand over the candidate to the respective HOD for approval and evaluation.
Can you all please suggest relevant questions to be asked by these HODs for an effective interviewing process? If you have any other ideas on how to proceed with the entire interview process, please feel free to contribute to this topic.
