Employee Pension Amount

Dear all,
how can we get pension amount and what basis they will give.if employee completed ten years service in Provident fund or retirement of employee. these employees will eligible pension fund.
suppose employee amount in PF every month 2000/ .after completion of retirement how much amount he will get every month as a pension.
is there any calculation for pension fund.
please clarify it.

Suppose Employee basic is 8000*12%employee contribution=Rs 960 for month,so employer contribution amount also same.
