Understanding Employee Pension: How Is It Calculated and What Can You Expect After Retirement?

Dear all, How can we get the pension amount and on what basis will they give it? If an employee has completed ten years of service in the Provident Fund or at the retirement of the employee, these employees will be eligible for the pension fund.

Pension Contribution and Calculation

Suppose an employee contributes an amount of 2000/ every month to the PF. After retirement, how much amount will he receive every month as a pension? Is there a calculation for the pension fund?

Suppose an employee's basic salary is Rs 8000, with a 12% employee contribution, which amounts to Rs 960 per month. Therefore, the employer's contribution amount is also the same.
