I didn't understand regarding scoring the goal or moving the ball from one end to the other as no one is allowed to move from their place. Then how will one be able to reach the other side of the goal?

If you focus on the second slide, the yellow circles are meant for one team, and the green circles are for the other team. The distribution is such that one team is spread over the entire field. So, one player in the yellow circle team will try to pass the ball to the other player who is nearby (nearest yellow circle) and so on.

Second Point

Here, circles are not very small. The size of the circle should be such that a person can move at least two or three steps.
