Festive And Birthday Greetings Software - XLS Download

Hello All,
Can someone suggest a software or tool by which we can generate automated season/festive greetings that is sent out to all the employees. Also once an employee's birth date triggers, he/she receives a personalized birthday greeting mail in their mail box automatically.
Please suggest the name of software, cost (approx) and if any vendor known.
