I would like to seek your valuable inputs regarding the criteria for selecting an HR Consultant (external vendor) to deliver in-house consulting projects.

1. Name of the Vendor/agency
2. The year in which the agency registered (ask for supporting documents on legal compliance in your country)
3. Core competency of the agency
4. Number of projects handled in _____ (write your requirement)
5. Total manpower who will handle this project, along with their qualifications in general
6. Any references where a similar project was conducted?
7. Have you acquired any appreciation letters for any projects so far? If yes, then specify.
8. Give a brief outline of the project. How long will the project last? What information do you want from us? What challenges do you foresee in handling the project?
