Hi,

Kindly specify what exactly you want. Drafting is an individual skill of a legal professional and requires a lot of application of mind. It cannot be presented in the form of a PowerPoint presentation with do's and don'ts. As far as appearances and pleadings are concerned, you may obtain the fee structure based on the legal forum before which the pleadings and appearances are made, and this can also be influenced by the complexity of the case. Therefore, please specify precisely what you require.

Hi,

Thank you very much, Sir, for the information as I am new in this field. I understand your point regarding drafting. Would you please be kind enough to provide further information regarding appearances and pleadings? I would be grateful to you in that case.

Hi! Any person against whom process (notice/summons) of Court/Tribunal/Forum is issued can cause his personal appearance before such Court/Tribunal/Forum, in the matter on the date so fixed and intimated in such process or in the alternative, he can be represented through an attorney/Legal Counsel/Advocate. This generally holds good for matters of Civil Nature. On the other hand, in matters of Criminal nature, the person against whom the process is served has to cause his appearance on every date of hearing unless specifically exempted. However, he can be assisted by his Lawyer. Regarding drafting and pleadings, it has to be specific in nature and circumstance of the issue involved, statute governing the controversy, etc.

Hi!

Any person against whom a process (notice/summons) of a Court/Tribunal/Forum is issued can make his personal appearance before such Court/Tribunal/Forum on the date fixed and intimated in the process. Alternatively, he can be represented by an attorney/Legal Counsel/Advocate. This generally applies to matters of a civil nature. In matters of a criminal nature, the person served with the process must appear on every hearing date unless specifically exempted; however, he can be assisted by his lawyer. When it comes to drafting and pleadings, they must be specific to the nature and circumstances of the issue involved, the statute governing the controversy, etc.

If the process is against a company, the situation is different.
