I fully agree with you; my answer was the same as per yours. However, the person who was interviewing me was not satisfied with the answer. He said, "Yes, the ID Act is okay, but all the others are Labour Laws, not laws related to Industrial Relations (IR)." Upon hearing this, the interviewer mentioned that I lacked good knowledge of laws and, therefore, I was not selected. I was shocked at that moment, wondering why he was making such a statement.
I am now attempting to clarify how we can distinguish between Labour Laws and laws related to IR.
