Seeking Sample Agreement for Training Bond: How Do You Handle Employee Commitments?

Dear Friends,

We are sending a few employees for external training. As per our policy, if someone is sent for training, they have to serve for 2 years with the company; otherwise, they will have to reimburse the training costs, which include travel expenses, training fees, lodging, and boarding. I kindly request if any member has such an Agreement or Indemnity Bond that I can issue to the employee.
