Dear Divya,

The way you have written your post, it shows your casual attitude. A seasoned interviewer will obviously find out that.

Anyway following questions could be asked in the interview:

a) How your earlier job was related to the training field?

b) Explain the entire process of training from Training Need Analysis (TNA) to Evaluation of training.

c) How would you measure the performance of the training department? What were your KRAs? What difficulties did you face in meeting these KRAs.?

d) What kind of training you conducted and for what level? What was the outcome?

e) Imagine you are told to conduct the training on any soft skill training module. Prepare at least five objectives of this training module (without taking help of any book or Google or internet)

f) How would you assess the quality of the training vendor? Have you handled this job earlier?

g) The feedback of the training programme was very good but there was no impact of the training at the workplace. How would you handle this situation? What steps you would take to avoid repetition of this situation?

h) What training programmes you have attended earlier? What changes it brought in your career? What change you brought at your workplace after your learning?

To answer the above questions, it would take more than one hour. There are couple of other things as well but this is adequate for you.

Ok...
