This thread is going to be interesting because YOU are going to define YOURSELF. Feel and love yourself to create a word or sentence about you. It might be an exaggeration, but it gives mental strength... try it.

Well, myself CHUM - The FRIEND who tries to help the needy.

Why this question is selected is the fundamental thing, not only for Human Resources Management but also for the soul. It's difficult to answer what exactly. If you make a survey, you will get different answers. The exact answer is "I live for myself." The answer seems to be selfish but not.

Justification for the above answer:

We need health, wealth, and a long life. If we need those, we should think ourselves.
1. Without energy, we can't work either physically or mentally.
2. Without wealth, we can't satisfy our basic needs and help others.
3. Without a long life, we can't help our surroundings for a longer period.

If we think ourselves, from the above three points, replace "without" into "with" and "can't" into "can." Hence, if we think ourselves, we can do anything which benefits all.

Nature is God, Love the Nature and Reach the God.

If we live a life that is useful to others and no man deceives with vain words, then that is a useful life. That can be one person's definition.

Sometimes, laborers/employees come to the office or meet me outside.

"Are you the new manager?"

"No, I am a HELPER," I smile.

They smile, "No, you are kidding."

"No, my friend, I am here to help the laborers & employees. So, you can call me HELPER."

We smile now! (I am talking about Ethiopians, Afars, Somalians & Yemenis)
