I am working in an FMCG organization, but HR is at a very nascent stage. I have been with the organization for a few months. I aim to implement some HR initiatives since all the employees perceive HR as solely an administrative department. I want to alter their perspective on HR.

Please suggest some initiatives as the employees are quite rigid. I am hopeful for support from the HR community.
