1) Various Tasks of Professional Manager. Describe survival and growth option which your organisation has adopted or any organisation know to you
2) Express various models of decision makingp process. Describe which model is most suitable for your organisation
3) Explain the process of conflict. Discuss the impact of conflict on the performance of an organisation
4) Explain various channels of communication. Describe importance of grapevine communication
5) Explain different leadership styles. Is there a difference between successful and effective leader. Discuss with example from an organisation
